Initial Rejection Notice

2026-06-03

Dear Authors,

Thank you for your interest in publishing in Journal Juris Sapientia.

Please note that a manuscript may be rejected at the initial screening (desk review) stage if it does not fully comply with the journal’s author guidelines and submission requirements. Common issues include the use of an incorrect template, improper citation and footnote formatting, non-compliance with the required reference style, and other technical or structural aspects of manuscript preparation.

A desk-review rejection should not be interpreted as a rejection of the research itself. Rather, it indicates that the manuscript requires revisions to meet the journal’s technical and administrative standards before it can proceed to the editorial and peer-review process.

Authors are encouraged to carefully review the journal template and author guidelines, make the necessary revisions, and ensure full compliance with all submission requirements prior to resubmission. Revised manuscripts may be resubmitted for further editorial consideration.
