About the Journal

Journal Juris Sapientia (JJS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Triaz Pustaka Unggul in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Safin Pati. The journal serves as a platform for the dissemination of high-quality legal scholarship that advances jurisprudential inquiry, legal philosophy, legal theory, and interdisciplinary legal studies. JJS is committed to promoting rigorous academic debate on the theoretical, normative, and conceptual dimensions of law while fostering critical reflection on the evolving role of legal systems in contemporary society.
