About the Journal

Journal Ius Commercium (JIC) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal managed by Triaz Pustaka Unggul in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Safin Pati. The journal serves as a platform for the dissemination of high-quality legal scholarship in commercial law, business regulation, corporate governance, and related fields.
